上海大学“伟长学者”特聘教授、博导、TapTap188BEt改名副院长、先进耐火材料全国重点实验室(上海)执行副主任、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、上海市领军人才(东方英才领军)、上海市重点创新团队带头人、英国皇家化学学会会士(Fellow of RSC)、上海市曙光学者、上海市东方学者特聘教授、上海市青年科技启明星、我司青年五四奖章集体带头人、全国高校黄大年式教师团队核心成员。已在Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA (PNAS)、Nat. Commun.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Fundamental Research、Research、Nano Research、Small、Review of Materials Research、J. Mater. Chem. A、J. Mater. Sci. Technol.、Metall. Mater. Trans. B、ISIJ Int.、Ironmaking & Steelmaking等国内外知名学术期刊上发表论文220余篇;申请国家发明专利80余项;参与出版编著4本;主编“十四五”规划教材2本;参与制定国家标准1项、团体标准4项。主持和参与完成国家优青、面上、上海市自然科学重大项目等20余项。曾获国家级教学成果二等奖(2023)、上海市教学成果一等奖(2022)、省部级自然科学三等奖(2024)、日内瓦国际发明展金奖(2025)、中国金属学会冶金青年科技奖(2024)、全国有色金属优秀青年科技奖(2023)、全国高校冶金院长奖等。兼任中国金属学会熔盐化学与技术分会委员、中国有色金属学会冶金物理化学学术委员会委员、《Fundamental Research》、《Nano-Micro Letters》、《Energy Materials Advances》、《钢铁钒钛》、《上海金属》等多期刊编委/青年编委;担任国家基金委评审专家、国家教育部硕士/博士学位论文评审专家、上海市等多省市科技奖励评审专家等。
主要研究方向包括:
(1)低碳冶金/太空冶金基础理论及新技术;
(2)战略资源超常提取关键金属技术开发;
(3)电化学制备高纯金属及新材料;
(4)单原子微纳材料/二维材料及器件;
(5)光电化学及光/电催化制绿氢;
(6)先进耐火材料创制等。
